Terms of Use when using the ScottishJerk.com website

We have developed this website to be family friendly and we will never publish any images or information which we would regard as offensive to any any party.  Nevertheless we are never able to guarantee that some published information is always correct.  We do however take steps to research the information and will only publish if we believe it to be factual.

It is also possible that the website may be “hacked” by third parties determined to change the information in some way.  Whilst we do obviously take some steps to prevent this from happening we are unable to guarantee that we are able to spot changes immediately and restore the information back tothe original.
